Hi Lisa
I agree with the blog about 'soft skills'. My eldest son (18) wants to be a tour golfer. He told me recently that he can charm anyone he meets. How? I asked. Oh just by asking them about themselves, their work, their golf game. They love it. I only talk about me if they ask me about me. Wish I had learned that so young...Thanks for your inspiring ideas.
